We’re looking for someone who exhibits a commitment to Jesus Christ, a natural love for children, excellent inter-personal skills, leadership aptitude, and a willingness to raise prayer and financial support for themselves through family, friends, churches, etc. Experience relevant to foreign mission service would be desirable.

The person should preferably be qualified in a buildings-related field (Architect/Architectural Technologist, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement and Construction etc) and have a qualification and/or experience in Project Management.

The position would be managed by the National Directors of Kids Alive partners in Africa (i.e. Kenya, Sudan/South Sudan and Zambia) in collaboration with the Vice President of Operations of Kids Alive International.
